WORG is an outfit that focuses on capturing and defending objectives. This makes it a great outfit for new and experienced players as everyone's contribution towards this is worthwhile, and fosters a really strong training and social environment.

The underlying theme of WORG is effectiveness in game objective terms. We are "map effective" and "alert oriented", with a very strong emphasis on using teamwork to surpass all threats that we encounter. For this reason individual gun skill is not our main priority. That is not to say that we don't work on developing our members gun skill, we just do not depend on it solely. For this reason our motto is: 

"The power of the pack is the wolf, the power of the wolf is the pack."

WORG is not and will never be a so called "farmfit". We do not pray on zergs filled with new players, unfamiliar with the game, in an attempt to artificially boost our Kill/Death ratio. Neither do we sit at the Crown or Bastion for hours on end. We often make sacrifices in order to win, which may actually be detrimental to our Kill/Death ratio. This is what makes WORG so unique due to that fact that there are so little amount of outfits left on the Ceres server who actually aim to achieve this goal. WORG will always try to achieve the goal of this game, which is trying to be as objective focused as possible.

Every single week a leader or officer in WORG will host a training session or other activity of which there is an overview of here. During these training sessions we train everybody's individual gun skill. This is important due to the fact that players do not directly improve their gun skill on the field. It is important for players to have a dedicated session where all their focus is on the gun. Even though some players may think they are at the "best" of their abilities. Everybody can improve and learn even if they're a veteran in this game.

Overall, we are all in this to have fun. WORG shall always be a "group of friends" who play together to enjoy their time. So this might even be the outfit where you were looking for all this time!
