Eligibility

WORG has some basic entry requirements in order to ensure that all players applying for WORG are suitable for it.

  • The player must have a working microphone of decent quality. We simply do not have the time to type everything over chat.
  • The player can not be a "booster" or "stat padder". We do not tolerate "boosting" or "stat padding" in any kind or form. Boosting not only damages your own reputation. It also tarnishes your outfit's. We do a thorough check on a new member's character before they join. Anyone who is caught shall be immediately banished from the outfit.
  • The Player can not main a "sniper". We do not and will never need "snipers". This game does not cater to this concept and they provide absolutely no benefit to any objective oriented squad. This excludes players playing the infiltrator class or using a sniper rifle from time to time - not daily.
  • The player must be adaptable in-game - being willing to change classes often to suit the squad and open to learning to pilot and drive a range of vehicles.
  • The player needs to understand and must have read the concept of the outfit. We are not farmers. We play a tactical, strategic game and focus on winning engagements by capturing bases. We do not sit at The Crown, farming bad players to pad our stats.
  • The player must be interested in improving their gunskills, positioning and awareness by participating in outfit scrims - 2v2, 3v3 etc. matches where players play against eachother using other factions in casual deathmatches in order to improve. Most of these scrims will be scrims with just outfit members.
  • The player must speak English. English is the business language of the world and one that most people, regardless of location, can speak. All communication in squad and outfit chat will be held in English. It does not have to be fluent, as long as the players are able to communicate with one another.
  • The player must have all it's characters in The Worg Pack outfits, on all three of the factions. These "alt outfits" are there to make sure the player can not be in another outfit, other than The Worg Pack. This is important due to the fact that the player needs to stay loyal to WORG, but also remain active in it. On servers other than Ceres, the player is allowed to play with and join other outfits.
  • The player must show situational awareness. WORG recruits players who wish to learn play with a tight group of players in a well-run squad. It is for this reason that the player must be able to know what is happening around him and he must be able to keep up with all of it. Sadly, a skill like this can not be thought, but is a skill that you simply just need to have.
  • The player must have discipline. The squad leader, no matter who it may be, is the commanding authority within the squad at all times. His tactics, requests, orders and waypoints must be followed. The player there for needs to have the discipline to control himself and listen to the squad leader. Even if the squad leader at that time is someone he dislikes.
  • The player must be above Battlerank 40. Although WORG can train its members to be good at the game. A decent amount of general knowledge about the game is required. Once players have established a decent grip on the game, WORG is more than happy to assist these players into becoming competitive players.
  • The player must have a kill to death ratio (KDR) of at least 1,00. Having enough experience with first person shooter games is crucial when playing in a tight squad. WORG is certainly not the kind of outfit that only recruits the best players with high KDRs. Though having a KDR of at least 1,00 is not too much to ask of a recruit.
